Venod Sharma – A President of Haryana Janchetna Party

Haryana Janchetna party’s president Venod Sharma is one such leader who has shown hesitation over the dismal state of job creation. According to Venod Sharma the state government is not looking at the difficulty of jobless in totality.

Problem of dismal job creation on the other hand the process of enrollment Government Jobs in Haryana is full of dishonesty and favoritism. The youth of the state is a upset lot. Candidates who are commendable are not getting jobs while those with recommendation are able to land up the jobs

The pace of making of jobs in Haryana is weak. Job creation happens when industrialization happens. But unluckily the rate of job creation in Haryana is incapable to equal with the number of jobless youths. Not only Haryana is missing behind in the pace of job creation but the nature of jobs which are getting crate in Haryana in places like Gurgaon –which is considered as the millennium city- involves high skills and providing high level jobs to skilled persons.

The investor society is not very enthusiastic to invest in Haryana. They are afraid because the government of Haryana is not fast to respond to the requirements of the industry. The episode of violence in the auto component belt of Faridabad-Manesar has dented the image of the state. Also the business environment of the state is not good which is resulting in the mass departure of the Industry from the state. This is disturbing not only the industrial climate of Haryana but is also impacting the creation of jobs in Haryana as the role of Industry and business in creating jobs in Haryana is substantial. Jan Chetna Party has been formed to raise the voice of the downtrodden.
